We specialize in providing high-quality, perishable gardening products, including but not limited to:

  • Fruit Trees: Apples, Apricots, Cherries, Figs, Espalier Trees, Ginkgo Trees.
  • Berries & Nuts: Almonds, Aronia, Blackberries, Blueberries, Chestnuts, Cranberries, Currants, Elderberries, Goji Berries, Gooseberries, Goumi Berries, Grapes.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the natural colors and characteristics of plants may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Processing: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Pricing and Taxes: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, or other import fees levied by your country’s authorities, as we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95, via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is strict to ensure the health and viability of our plants. Please review our policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items: All live plants, trees, shrubs, berries, fruits, and nuts cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This includes any product that has been planted, opened, or used.

Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receipt for items that are unused, unplanted, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Returns must be pre-authorized by our team ([email protected]).

Refunds: If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged plant or an incorrect item, you must contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly and cover associated shipping costs.

By using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information for your account and orders.
  • Safely and promptly receive your shipment. We are not liable for packages left unattended at your delivery address.
