Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Please note that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged (see section below).
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Live plants, trees, and shrubs (including all fruit trees, espalier trees, and Ginkgo trees)
- Perishable berries and fruits (including all almonds, apples, apricots, aronia, berries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, cranberries, currants, elderberries, figs, goji berries, gooseberries, goumi berries, and grapes)
- Chestnuts (due to their perishable nature)
- Any product that has been planted, opened, or used
We carefully inspect all plants before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you receive damaged or unhealthy plants, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the items, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused and unplanted
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RAN.
- Ship Items: Mail the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items or incorrect products. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and cover any associated shipping costs.
